Main blocker Bradley broke the career record of 1,000 kills by totaling 1,003 kills after Cy Springs win against Cy Ranch on Sept.13. Nicknamed “Beast” Bradley’s career stats as of Sept. 13 also include 71 aces , 154 blocks, 83 block assists, and 120 digs.

“I do not think about me being the only one honored,” Bradley said.” I feel like everything has a face on it, but my team is still included right there with me because I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this goal without them.”

Bradley plans to continue her career in college, as she has verbally committed to Stephen F. Austin.

"Not only is she an amazing athlete , but a great leader on the court, great student, a kid who doesn't allow the mental aspect of the game get to her, and she performs at a high caliber,” said coach Alyssa Laker.

In addition to the recognition from Cy Springs, and the Houston Chronicle, her record has drawn the attention of the CFISD community and district. As of Sept. 18, the team is 19-14 with a 2-3 record in district according to MaxPreps.

“Being honored by the school, and district is truly a blessing for me because it’s a reflection of how hard my team and I have worked to get to where we are now,” Bradley said.
